Terms of Use

These terms apply to the Aquabara app, developed by My Point Bilişim ve Danışmanlık Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi ("we" on this page). By using Aquabara you agree to them.

Health notice

Aquabara is a water reminder; it is not a medical device and doesn't give medical advice. Your daily goal is an estimate worked out from your answers using general guidance, and the hydration rates of drinks are approximate. If you have a kidney or heart condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or your doctor has limited how much you drink, ask your doctor how much to drink and follow their advice.

Aquabara Plus

Aquabara's core features are free. Extra features come with Aquabara Plus, offered as a monthly or yearly subscription or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Current prices are shown in the app before you buy.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account when you confirm the purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends.
You can manage and cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings (on iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions) or in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions. Deleting the app doesn't cancel a subscription.
When you cancel, Plus stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
The lifetime purchase is paid once and works on the devices where you use the same store account.
To turn Plus on on a new phone or after reinstalling, use "Restore purchases" on the Plus screen.
Refunds are requested from Apple or Google under their own policies.

If you downloaded from the App Store

If you downloaded Aquabara from the App Store, Apple's Standard License Agreement (EULA) also applies. Where this page and that agreement conflict on matters involving Apple, Apple's agreement prevails.

Using the app

You may install and use Aquabara for your personal use. Copying, selling or distributing the app, its characters or its artwork as your own is not allowed. You're free to share the pictures Aquabara makes for sharing. Mochi's artwork is licensed from Vecteezy.com; details are in the app under Settings → About.

Liability

Aquabara is provided as is. Whether reminders arrive on time depends on your phone's settings (notification permissions, Focus modes, battery saving). Because your data lives only on your phone and in its backups, it can't be recovered if the app is deleted from a phone without a backup. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Changes

We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page, with the date of the last update at the top. For an important change we'll also let you know in the app.
